Triple Tree

Triple Tree is a homegrown Chico, CA musical act that performs tasteful, original Roots-Reggae songs with a hint of jam influenced aesthetic. Led by prolific songwriter and lead vocalist Greg Gardea, the band is comprised of guitarists Chris Chadbourne and Ben Chung, bassist Jeramy Michael, Nick Eggars on saxophone, keyboardist Chris Esco, Scott Lee on percussion and features Darby McConnell on the drums, all of whom were hand-picked for the project.

Triple Tree’s focus on live performance is evident in their uplifting and transcendent forays into the enigmatic arenas of political and spiritual awakening.  This is a band that clearly believes in the magic and transformative power of music and positive vibrations.

The original project was formed in 2016 and has since played throughout Northern California regularly appearing at bars, benefits and music festivals.  Triple Tree has enjoyed the distinct privilege of sharing the stage with premiere international acts such as Capleton, Israel Vibrations, John Brown’s Body, Collie Buddz, Arise Roots, Matisyahu, Sol Horizon, ALO, For Peace Band, B Side Players, J Ras and the Higher Elevation, Guidance Band, The Mother Hips, The Steady 45s, Chaka Demus and Pliers, Jelly Bread, Rocker T, Honey B, Mr. Williams, and Roommate.

Triple Tree is bringing fresh new sounds to Roots Rock Reggae. This 7-piece California based band features conscious lyrics, uplifting horns, killer keys, poppin percussion, and jammin guitar solos. In 3 short years, Triple Tree has shaped their sound opening up for premiere international acts such as: Israel Vibrations, Capleton, Arise Roots, ALO, For Peace Band, Steady 45s, Jelly Bread, Rocker T, B-Side Players, JRas, Guidance Band, Honey B, Roommate, Mr. Williams, Sol Horizon, Chaka Demus & Pliers, and John Brown’s Body.
